Abstract

It is shown that the influence of destabilizing factors, simulating operation conditions, accelerates the development of latent technological defects of radioelectronic systems. The mechanism of influence of destabilizing factors on the development of latent technological defects. It is concluded that in the final stages of production control an important role is played by mechanical tests carried out to identify defects in the mounting of components, internal welded joints, outer body conclusions electronic systems, etc. Existing methods of electronic control systems in mechanical tests do not allow to determine the spectrum of eigenfrequencies of the structure (the amplitude-frequency characteristic) with the required accuracy, therefore, in this paper we propose a new method, the difference of which is to determine the spectrum of the natural frequencies of the structure based on the analysis impedance-frequency characteristics. Experimental research confirmed the accuracy of the proposed approach.
